Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us! Each bobblehead may be slightly different from the picture shown since they are all 100% handmade, where no two are exactly alike. If you wish to exchange or return an order, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods. All returns require a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA). Refunds are subject to review upon receipt of the return item(s). All return item(s) must be in original condition and packaging. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. There is a $15 restocking fee for each item returned, that will be deducted from order total. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days from RMA issuance. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Returned items will be inspected to ensure it is in original condition and packaging. After inspection, refunds are processed within 1-3 business days. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
